Please give specific instructions on your pet’s grooming requirements including length of trim/cut and special instructions.

Standard Groom includes bath, brush, nail trim, ear cleaning & teeth brushing.

Please check any additional services requested:

There may be extra charges for aggressive or uncooperative behavior, matted haircut, cutting out mats, and/or extra brushing.

De-shedding Treatment- $10-$25

Medicated Baths-$10-$12 (skunk-off, hypoallergenic, flea/tick, etc.)

Express grooming- $25

Extra brushing/de-shedding -$1 per minute

By initialing below, I am acknowledging that my pet may be gently tethered in place during grooming while in the walk-in tub and/or on the grooming table. If tethering may be an issue for my pet for any reason, I have informed the groomer and discussed an alternative solution. The groomer reserves the right to cancel late appointments.*
